Every batch we ship is released against an agreed specification, a certificate of analysis and the documents required for its destination. Our quality system covers the breeding base, the processing line and the export packing operation.

HACCP System
Certificate No. 001HACCP2600390. Covers the production of exported dried mealworms and black soldier fly larvae used as feed or feed raw material. Valid until 11 June 2029.
U.S. FDA
Facility registration No. 15076967904, verified by Registrar Corp. The registration is effective through 31 December 2026 unless terminated or renewed.
China Customs
Registration No. 4215AF0131 for the production, processing and storage of exported feed and feed additives. Valid from 22 April 2026 to 21 April 2031.
Laboratory reports
Current reports for dried mealworms and dried black soldier fly larvae cover protein, fat, moisture, ash, fibre, heavy metals and microbiology.
Tested before it earns a release.
Each production lot is checked against the agreed moisture, protein, fat and microbiological ranges. A retained sample stays with the batch record, so a question months later still has a physical reference.

Moisture and protein
Moisture, crude protein, fat, ash and fibre are tested against the specification agreed with the buyer.

Microbiology
Salmonella, total bacterial count, coliforms, moulds and Enterobacteriaceae are checked before shipment.

Heavy metals
Lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium, arsenic and other relevant elements are monitored within the agreed limits.

Retained samples
Every released lot keeps a retained sample and a COA linked to the production batch and packing record.

Our 50,000 m² base in Dingtao, Heze integrates breeding, cleaning, microwave drying and sterilization, cooling, screening, metal detection and packing. Production is planned around the specification, not the other way around.
