Solutions

Every application puts different demands on an ingredient. Particle size, fat content, bulk density and documentation all change the buying decision. Start with the line you run, and we will match the specification to it.

01 / Aquaculture & feed mills

Protein for extrusion lines that cannot stop.

Insect meal can carry a meaningful share of the protein fraction in aquafeed when the specification is stable. We work to agreed ranges for crude protein, fat, moisture and bulk density so your formulation team is not chasing the last batch.

Specification

Consistent inclusion rates

Lot-to-lot ranges agreed up front, with a certificate of analysis issued against the production batch.

Processing

Built for extrusion

Controlled moisture and particle size to support stable processing and reduced rework on the line.

Supply

Forecast-based scheduling

Share a rolling forecast and we plan production slots around it, rather than selling from spot stock.

Commercial

Volume tiers that hold

Indicative pricing against annual volume, with FOB, CIF or DDP terms discussed before the first order.

02 / Pet food & treats

Clean ingredients for premium formulations.

Pet-food buyers need an ingredient that is easy to explain on pack and easy to defend in an audit. Our dried insects are whole-body or milled, with traceability from substrate through to the sealed bag.

Format

Whole or milled

Whole dried insects for visible inclusions, or grinds for uniform blending into kibble and treats.

Label

Simple ingredient decks

No preservatives or artificial additives. A short, recognisable ingredient name for the label.

Quality

Audit-ready records

Retained samples, microbiological results and origin documents available for your quality team.

OEM

Private-label support

Packaging formats and label artwork coordination for established pet-food brands and co-packers.

03 / Poultry & livestock

A natural foraging supplement, at farm scale.

For free-range and commercial programs, dried insects add a palatable protein source that animals take to readily. Bulk sack formats are designed for direct feeding or on-farm mixing.

Palatability

Readily accepted

Whole dried larvae and insects that fit natural foraging behaviour and support feed intake.

Packaging

Farm-ready formats

Moisture-proof lined bags sized for direct use, with pallet configurations for regular deliveries.

Traceability

Documented origin

Batch records and veterinary health certificates for buyers who need a complete paper trail.

Planning

Seasonal cover

Year-round production planned against your consumption cycle, not the insect season.

04 / Distributors & OEM

A supply base you can put your name on.

If you distribute feed ingredients or manufacture under your own brand, the relationship needs more than a price list. We support partners with regional planning, sample stock and consistent release documentation.

Territory

Regional agreements

Clear coverage and pricing for partners who can develop a market with us over multiple seasons.

Brand

Private-label packing

Your artwork, your pack sizes, our production and release records behind the product.

Support

Samples and technical files

Sample packs, specification sheets and COAs for your sales team and customer audits.

Logistics

One export desk

Bookings, certificates and destination documents coordinated by a single commercial contact.

Packaging & export

Packed for the distance, not just the pallet.

Moisture-proof lined bags, pallet configurations and container loading are planned around the destination and the receiving facility. Labels, lot numbers and documents are checked against the order before dispatch.

Standard and private-label formats are available for partners with a defined forecast and pack specification.

Quality workflow

From enquiry to release, one paper trail.

Step 01

Define the specification

We agree protein, fat, moisture, particle size, packaging and documentation before sampling.

Step 02

Sample and test

A sample from the current production run is sent with its certificate of analysis for your lab.

Step 03

Plan the volume

Production slots and packaging are scheduled against your forecast and destination port.

Step 04

Release and ship

The lot is released against the agreed specification and the full export document set is issued.

Questions

Practical questions, answered.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We usually start with a one-pallet trial order and move to full-container supply once the specification is approved. Exact MOQ depends on product and packaging.

Can we test a sample before committing to volume?

Yes. Samples are available for laboratory and formulation trials, and are sent with the relevant batch documentation.

Which documents come with an export order?

The document set is confirmed per destination and typically includes a certificate of analysis, veterinary health certificate, certificate of origin, packing list and commercial invoice.

Do you support private-label packing?

Yes, for partners with a defined market and forecast. Pack size, artwork and label approval are agreed before production.
